Grilled Herb Salmon

1 10-ounce salmon fillet
2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons parsley, minced
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon ground pepper
3 to 4 sprigs rosemary
3 to 4 sprigs thyme

Preheat the grill and place the rack 5 inches from the coals. Spray a double-thickness sheet of heavy-duty foil with nonstick cooking spray; place salmon in the center of the foil. Spread both sides of the salmon with mayonnaise and sprinkle with lemon juice. In a small bowl, mix the parsley, garlic powder, salt, paprika and pepper; sprinkle on both sides of the fillet. Drop the rosemary and the thyme sprigs directly on the coals. Transfer the foil pan to the grill. Cover the grill and cook the salmon until just opaque in the center, 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into four pieces.
